Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we ship to:

When will my order ship?

We aim to process all music product orders within two working day from receipt of order and payment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more info.

What about import duties and tax?

At present we're not set up to include import duties and taxes on international orders. You will have to pay these at your end on receipt of your order.

Can I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
