RETURNS
We hope you love your order, but completely understand there may be times when you need to return something.
A link to the online returns form can be found in your confirmation email receipt and your dispatch email but if you need any help, or have any questions about a return, please email micky@warmagency.com
You may cancel your order or return your products at any time, up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you.
But, unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns of custom products, sample orders, or any products that have been washed or worn.
For orders delivered to customers in the UK, Teemill provide a Freepost returns address. For EU/ International orders, customers will need to pay to post the items back
REFUNDS
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email mickey@warmagency.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If an item is damaged in the post, please send a photo to mickey@warmagency.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item immediately. You will then be asked to return the damaged item for inspection, and send a replacement free of charge.
If an item is lost in the post, first allow sufficient time (usually 28 days) for the item to arrive. If an item is lost in the post because your plugin/api/app did not provide sufficient delivery information, Teemill will not replace this item free of charge. If it returns to the sender for this reason, you will be contacted and offered the option to redeliver at cost price. Items that are returned to sender will be recycled after 30 days unclaimed.
All shipping time estimates are estimates. We have no control over the performance of third party couriers. We do not guarantee delivery times where time is of the essence
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
OUR SHOP
All orders placed will be fulfilled by Teemill, in their net carbon zero, environmentally friendly factory.
All Teemill clothing is made from natural materials and every product we make is designed to be sent back and remade into new products when worn out. Keeping them in circulation and out of landfill.
Teemill aims to print orders within 48-72 hours of when they are placed.
